Il Lago farmhouse is based few km from Massa Marittima, in the heart of Maremma. With an e a splendid view over the lake of Accesa this farmhouse is an the ideal place to relax, go swimming and go fishing. Nearby the wonderful beaches with pine forests of the Tuscan Coast – Follonica at only18 km. At the clients disposal: swimming pool, ping-pong, tennis and volleyball curt and children playground. All the apartments are equipped with kitchen, TV, heating, air conditioning and fridge. At the Restaurant the clients can enjoy and appreciate the most delicious dishes of the typical Tuscan and Maremma cuisine. During the olive harvest in November the clients can take part to the harvest and enjoy the beautiful country of Maremma.

Apartments MONO I-II-III-IV (2+2 sleeping) Room V (for disable persons): comprising double room on a mezzanine level, ground floor with a lounge with sofa, bathroom with shower, portico and large garden. The apartments  40 m2 are all decorated in arte povera (poor art) style. They all have a colour TV, heating, air conditioning and fridge.

Apartments swimming pool view 1 and  swimming pool view 2 (2+2 sleeping): two-rooms apartments on the first floor, 45 m2 and comprising a lounge with double sofa bed + kitchen area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, and a balcony shared between the 2 apartments, both with a view over the swimming pool. They have a colour TV, heating and fridge.

Apartments lake view 1 e lake view 2 (2+2 sleeping): two-rooms apartments, 45 m2 and comprising a lounge with double sofa bed + kitchen area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a large balcony on the first floor with a splendid view over Lake dell’ Accesa  and a large portico on the ground floor with a view over the garden. They have a colour TV, heating and fridge.

Apartments Garden (2+1 sleeping): is situated on the ground floor, newly built, well furnished, and it comprises a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen with lounge. Inside it has a colour TV, heating and fridge and outside a large portico with a view over the garden. It is joined to the Garden Room.

Garden Room (sleeping 2):  on the ground floor, newly built and with care taken over all the smallest details, it has a colour TV, fridge and heating. Outside is a large veranda with a view over the garden.

Rooms I-II (sleeping 2): situated on the ground floor, 16 m2 with a large portico and  a double room and bathroom with shower. They have a colour TV, heating and fridge.

Apartment Girasole – Firodaliso – Papavero flats of 75 sqm: double room, double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor while the ground floor kitchen, living room with sofa bed and second bathroom. Outside terraces with tables, chairs and loungers, with wonderful lake views.
