Accomodation in a typical farmhouse in the heart of Maremma, in Massa Marittima, 20 km away from the sea and 20 hours cooking class and wine and food tours. 8 days / 7 nights. Cod. 26.

Day 1: Overnight in a comfortable apartment in a local farmhouse recently refurbished, with 1 indoor swimming pool, and 4 outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and gym, surrounded by green hills close to Massa Marittima. Dinner in the restaurant of the farmhouse.

Day 2 : Breakfast. Morning dedicated to visiting a well-known winery in Montalcino and wine tasting of Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. Afternnon free. Dinner in the restaurant of the farmhouse.

Day 3: Breakfast. Morning: 4 hours cooking class. Professional chefs will guide you in the preparation of Tuscan cuisine. Once in class the participants will experiment and try various dishes. Enjoy lunch prepared during cooking class. Dinner in the restaurant of the farmhouse.

Day 5 : Breakfast. Morning: 4 hours cooking class. Dinner in the restaurant of the farmhouse.

Morning: 4 hours cooking class. Afternoon: Visit to the medieval villages of Suvereto and Bolgheri situated in the heart of Val di Cornia, in Livorno’s province well-known as the Etruscan Coast. These villages are settled down between the hills and the sea, surrounding by olive groves and vineyards of high prestige. Important wines are produced in this region such as Sassicaia, Ornellaia and Bolgheri. Guided tours of a prestigious Wine Estates and wine tastings in Suvereto. Dinner in the restaurant of the farmhouse.

Day 5: Morning: 4 hours cooking class. Dinner in the restaurant of the farmhouse.

Day 6 : Morning: 4 hours cooking class. Afternoon: visit to a Farm which produces a special cheese rich in Omega 3 which doesn’t increase cholesterol level. Visit to a well-known oil producer including a professional olive oil tasting. During the olive harvest in November, it is possible to visit a oil Mill. Dinner in the restaurant of the farmhouse.

Day 7: Morning: 4 hours cooking class. Dinner in the restaurant of the farmhouse.

Course: “The traditional Tuscan cousine” consists of 20 hours, 4 hours per day
Starter: Tuscan Bruschette.
Soups: Ribollita, Acqua cotta, Imbrecciata di legumi, Zuppa di patate, Zuppa di funghi
Pasta: Pappardelle, Tagliatelle, Maltagliati, Gnocchi and Tortelli
Sauces: Wild boar, Tuscan ragù, Hare and Duck sauce
Main Courses: Italian spit-roasted pork, Stuffed rabbit (2-3 types), Boar with olives and Pheasant
