Bright villa in the Roccamare area only 350 meters away from the sandy beach and surrounded by a wide garden.
The villa is set in the beautiful pine forest of Roccamare, a private park totally fenced off and whose access is controlled 24h/24h by a porter. Roccamare has one of the most beautiful and quite beaches of the whole Tuscan Coast. Our villa provides a direct access to the beach which means do not having to cross any roads at all. This makes it a safe place for families and children. The white sandy beach is only for use of the villas owners and their guests. On the beach, just 20 meters from the sea, guests have their own private beach hut with table and chairs and a private cabin (to be used as a changing room or to store beach equipment). The property is surrounded by a beautiful private garden, well equipped with a seating area, a barbecue and a large table for dining al fresco with family or friends, and also an outdoor private shower. The whole garden is enclosed in a high hedge, and each room of the property has a splendid view on the garden and the pine forest as well. On the ground floor there is a large and airy dining/living-room with 2 sofas, flat TV Sat (with most of International Channels and Russian Channels) and a Home Cinema system and table for 8 people. The kitchen is very well equipped  with new electrical appliances. Still on the same floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms (1 with a French bed), 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 with bath tub.
